About Ginnette

Ginnette has the lived experience of personally overcoming challenges related to diversity and inclusion. In addition she has supported individuals to navigate these challenges and advised many companies over the last 15 years on their DEI strategy. When this is coupled with her deep industry knowledge of recruitment and her background in coaching, Ginnette is confident she can make a difference.

Ginnette was recently named one of the top 100 most influential leaders in staffing in North America by the SIA. In 2006, she co-founded Specialist Staffing Group, the US operation of International STEM talent provider Sthree PLC. She helped grow it from $0 to $280 million across 8 offices and 4 specialist brands.

By 2020, Ginnette had grown Real Staffing to the 7th largest life science recruitment company in North America, growing at 5 times the industry average.

Serving on the US Board for Specialist Staffing Group, Ginnette also sits on the Women's Leadership Council for the American Staffing Association.

She is a Certified Professional Coach and trained with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching.

Harnessing her extensive experience in building and growing inclusive, diverse leadership teams, Ginnette launched Harper & Gray in 2021.
